eDealRetail provides shipping free of charge to all domestic and international destinations – Be it one item or multiple, there is no minimum order quantity so all purchases are entitled for ‘FREE SHIPPING’. We operate at minimal profits and aim to transfer cost savings to our customers by offering you quality product at diligent prices with hassle free shipping.

 

Our primary customers house in USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, South Africa, BAHRAIN and countries from the European Union such as: Germany, France, Italy and Finland. We have ample experience shipping to these countries and are aware of delivery times to each of these locations.

 

We are usually flooded with questions and would like to address a few questions which are chiefly important.

 

I ordered the wrong color, size, or style; can I modify my order?

Our policy is to strictly process orders within 24-hours – We do not ship during public holidays or during unexpected/uncontrolled events. You are allowed to change your order, just drop a message as soon as possible – info@edealretail.com

 

What are the accepted payment methods?

We prefer to accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. If you prefer a different payment method, please send us a message. The above are the only channels which we feel confident using as they have reasonable fees and imperatively these are secure advances of money.

 

How long will my payment with PayPal eCheque take to clear?

An eCheque is an electronic transfer that withdraws funds directly from your bank transfer by direct debit – They are similar to paper checks. PayPal states these transfers could take as long as nine business days to settle, eDealRetail will not process your order until this transfer appears as ‘Cleared/Completed’.

 

How do I know my money is secure?

We use only selected payment processors, these are usually reputable payment pioneers which are recognized for their credibility. We take great pride in accepting payments through PayPal – The platform which gives you an open option to press a claim or dispute in-case of unsatisfactory buying experience. Furthermore, it is eDealRetail’s Integral policy to not compromise buyer personal information under any circumstances.

 

Do I need to sign up for an account to make a purchase?

Setting up an account is not mandatory to complete a successful purchase. However, we recommend you to sign up for an account; as this will give you access to premium discounts, occasional newsletters on discounts, quicker purchase and having a record which helps us to identify you as a repeat purchaser - It allows us an easy distribution of rewards to our loyal customers.

 

Do you ship to [Estonia/Finland/Saudi Arabia/Kuwait/Brazil] Overseas?

We ship globally. However, Delivery times may vary according to the region. This may due to several reasons outside direct control of our company such as Intense and Lethargic Customary procedures, undesirable events, weather and Delivery Company not respecting schedules.

 

Do you have a physical store?

In today’s information age, we find key shoppers lurking the internet and only a few percentage actually explore items physically. It costs relatively lesser to operate online than offline, therefore, in today’s wearing economic environment we prefer to cater to the large masses online.

 

How long does delivery take?

It depends on your item dispatch and destination location. Delivery could be as quick as three business days or as late as twenty business days, there are several factors which affect the delivery timing. We will provide you with a tracking number, which could be used to stay up to date of the location of the package, eDealRetail will dispatch items fairly quickly – Therefore, only foreign factors will affect the final delivery time. I ordered the wrong size – Could I get a refund?

We as a company we explicitly mention the sizes and expect you as a buyer to adhere to reading the sizing information, if you choose not to – eDealRetail is not at fault. Therefore, technically and speaking on moral grounds, we will not be issuing full refunds for this case. However, you could send the unused/tagged item back on your expense to receive a refund.

 

I ordered size Small; however, my item is tagged Large?

This may be a common occurrence, if you are an online shopper you will be familiar with this. This happens because production of clothing is usually based in third-world countries where sizes run smaller than the clothing worn in Western countries. Our sizes are displayed according to US clothing size schemes, if you order a US medium, you will receive a US medium which translates to an Asian XL – Just don’t freak out, it’s the same thing.

 

I ordered 10 Shirts, I have received only 4?

This could be due to a few reasons, either the items were purchased in sequence with gaps. Which means some items were dispatched off earlier than others. Other reason could be, you are from a country/region which have strict customary procedures because of which we spread out the items in separate packages - to prevent you from being stung by greedy custom agents in rigorous post offices.  Rest assured, all your items are bound to arrive in a timely manner as promised. Items have problems or is not what I expected – Can I get a refund?

We have intense quality control, items are sourced from high caliber manufacturers and are dispatched only after thorough check-up. However, this does not guarantee 100% items will arrive in perfect condition. Do not panic! Just send us a photograph or two of the problem and we will allow you to return the item, we’ll have the shipping expenses covered and send you a replacement.

 

My item is of a different color than I ordered – Can I get a refund?

This could be because of your altered screen resolutions which are not in our control. We try to present the products as clearly as possible and attach multiple pictures to assist the selection process. If the colors are off, we give you an option to send back to receive a refund.

 

What is your return/refund policy?

eDealRetail believes in cutting down communication noise by addressing issues clearly. Transparency is a key attribute of our company. However, if there is still a need for a return:

  4. Fill out the form, and submit the request
  5. Within 24 hours, we'll send you a shipping label via email

Why are prices so low?

We have filtered from a selection of over 1000 suppliers to only a few which have the best wholesale prices parallel with excellence in product quality. Conclusively, we operate online, there are no strangling rental costs – Therefore we decide to be pass the cost savings to our customers, our profit margins are very slim several folds lower than those of sellers on other domains.
