Below is a rough timeline for package deliveries to our major customer base. These time frames may differ from different courier companies, carrier routes, dispatch location, customary lags, and other conditions which may not be in our direct control.

We hold the right to cancel your order if your country does not fall under the compliance area - have a high fraudulent rate or the delivery to the company is not supported by courier companies.
Once your order has been placed, an automatic confirmation email will be dispatched. This means your order has been received, processed into the system and the payment has been received. Within 12-hours our distribution center should be able to confirm the availability of the order and your tracking number will be sent.
The system will automatically send you tracking number(s) for your order(s) within 24-hours of delivery. These could be used to track the status of your order from your respected country’s post office site. If within 48-hours you have not received a tracking number, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com. Tracking numbers could take up to 72-hours to update, especially International orders.
On arrival of your order, inspect the packaging for any tampering, if you spot any damages email us the picture(s) of the problem area; we will look into the situation and offer appropriate exchange or refund. eDealRetail works on a professional platform, prior to shipments all items are checked thoroughly – we engage with many customers a day and a bad package could sneak through for which we will take full responsibility.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or we have not delivered according to your expected standard (Incorrect, defective, used...), you can return the item – we will cover the return shipping charges (If incorrect, defective). The option to return is open up to 30-days of purchase.
To return an item follow these simple steps:

- Fill out the form, and submit the request
- Within 24 hours, we'll send you a shipping label via email
